Food Buzz … Uniworld Boutique River Cruise Collection provided a brief history lesson as well as the recipe for their “Madeleine Cookie.” Uniworld posts: “It is believed that in the late 1700’s the Duke of Lorraine, Stanislas Leczinski, named these delicious pastries after his faithful maid, “Madeleine”.
