World Cruise to Host World-Renowned Chefs and  Sommelier

Cruise Foodies sailing on Seabourn Quest during her 116-day World Cruise will enjoy a global culinary adventure on and off the ship. Not only will cruise guests visit numerous countries, they will also have an opportunity to sample world-class cuisine from Michelle Bernstein a James Beard award-winning chef, television personality and author; Food Network star chef Robert Irvine; Enrico Wahl, executive chef at the Oberoi Hotel in Bali, and Catherine Fallis, one of only a handful of female master sommeliers in the world.

• Catherine Fallis – Master Sommelier. Feb. 16 – 23, 2013.
• Enrico Wahl – Executive Chef of the Oberoi Hotel Bali. March 1 – 9, 2013.

Seabourn is known for culinary innovation and leadership

The chefs will create a menu featuring a five-course meal of some of their signature dishes, provide cooking demos, and even host special “shopping with the chef” tours to local markets.
