Celebrity Cruises Gourmet Food Truck

Celebrity Cruises “A Taste of Modern Luxury Culinary & Spa Tour,” brings their gourmet food truck and spa experience to  the ASICS World Series of Beach Volleyball Tournament in Long Beach, Calif., July 25-28.

Celebrity Cruises went to great lengths to make sure that the food truck and the event staff executed the preparation of the dishes to their exact standard. Chef Rengifo worked hard replaces the dishes that the attendees at the food truck and VIP tent devoured. My favorite was the crab cakes followed by the watermelon salad.

The watermelon salad (pictured in the middle) was amazing as well as the fluke ceviche (bottom right).

The Spa in AquaSpa

Scott Clifton, Director of Sales for Celebrity Cruises, states, “We are passionate about bringing Celebrity’s onboard experience to guests onshore. The Game

The ASICS World Series of Beach Volleyball took place  July 22 – 28 in Long Beach, Calif.  It marked the return of FIVB international competition, which featured top Olympic medalists and professional beach volleyball stars to the United States with the first Grand Slam event since 2003 and the inaugural World Series Cup.

Final Match – USA Women against Brazil (USA women’s beats Brazil in the finals!!!). The USA team of Kessy/Ross win GOLD in the ASICS World Series of Beach Volleyball. Part of their prize, is a Celebrity Cruises cruise.
