Cruise Buzz live from Alaska via Holland America Line’s m/s Oosterdam.

I am getting really excited to pack up the Buzz Booth and head north to Alaska. This will be my third time to the region but my first roundtrip Alaska cruise from Seattle. I will arrive a day in advance to kick off my cruise, which I highly recommend to anyone going on a cruise vacation.

My shipmates and I will cruise through Puget Sound and head north through Tracy Arm before calling on our first port, Juneau on August 15th. What I am looking forward to is cruising Tracy Arm to compare it with cruising Glacier Bay, which I have done in the past and you can read about that trip here.

I am also looking forward to my quest for discovering Excellence on Holland America Line: people, places, and things..

After this cruise, I will be in the position to explain the differences between Alaskan cruise itineraries that call on Glacier Bay versus scenic cruising Tracy Arm. This topic plagues cruise buyers, by the way.
