For the next 10-days I will be reporting live from Silversea Expeditions in the Arctic. You can expect to see a lot of craggy mountains, glaciers, and animals from my posts on CruiseBuzz.net and via social media channels.

If the expedition goes well then I will see a polar bear and the mythical narwhal. Since this is expedition cruising, the schedule is completely adaptive allowing the captain and adventure team to maximize our chances to encounter the best sights, nature, and animals possible.

Longyearbyen, Svalbard to Tromso, Norway on Silver Explorer

7 days of expedition cruising around Svalbard and Bear Island enroute to Tromso, Norway.

Day 1 Arrival (two days to get to Svalbard from California, which includes an overnight in Oslo)
Day 2 – 8 Expedition cruising of Svalbard
Day 9 Cruise & Explore Bear Island, Norway
Day 10 Tromsø, Norway – overnight before heading to airpor
