Cruise Foodies sailing on Seabourn Quest during her 116-day World Cruise will enjoy a global culinary adventure on and off the ship. Not only will cruise guests visit numerous countries, they will also have an opportunity to sample world-class cuisine from Michelle Bernstein a James Beard award-winning chef, television personality and author; Food Network star chef Robert Irvine; Enrico Wahl, executive chef at the Oberoi Hotel in Bali, and Catherine Fallis, one of only a handful of female master sommeliers in the world.

As I learned on Seabourn’s blog (read entire post here) cruise guests aboard Seabourn Quest’s 2013 world cruise will mingle, learn, learn and sample fare and wines via creations from the  highly acclaimed culinary talents coming on board.

The chefs will create a menu featuring a five-course meal of some of their signature dishes, provide cooking demos, and even host special “shopping with the chef” tours to local markets.
