Photo Tour: Holland America Line’s Oosterdam Galley Visit
Today we got to go behind the scenes to discover what’s cooking in the galley onboard Oosterdam.
Under the guidance of Holland America Line’s award-winning Master Chef Rudi Sodamin, the culinary department on Oosterdam definitely delivers on taste, presentation, variety, and quality.
There are many dining venues for cruise guests to choose from: from gourmet-quality fare served in the Pinnacle Grill to casual food favorites served buffet-style in the relaxing Lido Restaurant, there are plenty of bites to be had.
Holland America Line’s award-winning Master Chef Rudi Sodamin has designed an exclusive 22-dish vegetarian and vegan menu that highlights vegetables and other naturally healthy ingredients. The alternative menu includes a full range of appetizers, salads, soups and main entrées, and is available upon request at no extra cost for lunch and dinner in the main dining room aboard all 15 ships in the fleet. I am actually going to inquire about this option for my cruise this week. Why not?
