Crystal Cruises uses Facebook page to engage with Cruise Buzz

I posted on Crystal Cruises Facebook page a question about their best cruise tips.  What large-ship luxury cruise line, Crystal Cruises replied was so great that it got my “buzzable” vote for the day.

Here are Crystal Cruises tips.

Tip #1 — Crystal’s Pre-Cruise Planning Center (PCPC) is open to help sign up for cruise experiences in advance (i.e. specialty dining, shore excursions, spa, etc.) And for 2011 cruises, one can make reservations for Open Dining by Reserv…ations. Choices, choices, choices.

Tip #2 — We like this one from one of our multi-repeater couples. They like to view their Crystal experience like a spa retreat with lots of opportunities to eat healthy and fitness (great gym, 360-degree promenade, stairs in stead of elevators).

Tip #3 — The more you know about a place you’re visiting, the more you can enjoy it. Read about the places, watch a documentary, learn about the local diets, even listen to the music.

Tip #4 — Here’s a fun one… bring little magnets. Great for posting things on one’s staterooms walls — like invitations, schedule of fitness classes and even shore excursion tickets.

Tip #5 — Pay attention to the expiration dates of special offers. We’ve got some great savings on penthouses and business class air for Europe this fall but they expire August 31.See More
