Carnival Corporation & plc moves Alan Buckelew, Stein Kruse and Jan Swartz
Effective December 1, Alan Buckelew, current President & CEO of Princess Cruises will become Chief Operations Officer of Carnival Corporation & plc. Jan Swartz was promoted to President at Princess Cruises, reporting to Stein Kruse, who has been promoted to CEO of Princess Cruises in addition to his current role as CEO of Holland America Line.
I am even more excited to be attending CruiseWorld in Fort Lauderdale in the days to come because one the keynote addresses is from Arnold Donald, CEO from Carnival Corporation. This will be Donald’s industry debut after taking the helm of the 10 brands making up Carnival Corporation.I am sure that Travel Weekly’s editor-in-chief, Arnie Weissmann will help us get some more news about the changes.
