Cruise fans of Azamara Club Cruises will notice that the brand has established a rather significant digital footprint, that is interactive, engaging and modern. I just got around to checking out the Azamara Club Cruises website and I loved what I saw. Of special interest to me is the Tweeting-Facebooking President and CEO Larry Pimentel who seems to be leading by example.

Larry has a good grasp of how to use the social media platforms to help answer customer comments as well as engage with the Azamara Club Cruises audience to engage about the brand.
I have been watching this cruise line grow since it was founded in 2007 and then re-launched as Azamara Club Cruises in 2009. When I was in sales, I had many happy passengers who loved the immerse onboard experience as well as the size of the cruise line’s two European boutique-style, 694-guest ships.
