2013 Summary

Crystal Cruises will offer some exciting new places for cruise visitors during the 2013 season. Between Crystal Symphony and Crystal Serenity, the ships will call on 216 ports in 63 countries making  19 maiden calls. The ships will sail on  15 renowned waterways, which includes  1 World Cruise,   1 Grand Cruise. and  64 itineraries worldwide.

 

Highlights

Cruise guests can look forward to more port intensive itineraries that offer 25% more port days than 2012, including cruises without any sea days.  There is more than a 50% increase in shipboard overnight stays in port on embarkation day and a lot of  strategic scheduling has taken place to make sure to take advantage of local events while the ships are in port.

Plus more shorter sailings, including:

  • 29 seven-, eight-, nine- or 10-day voyages
  • More than 250% increase in shorter cruise offerings in Europe alone
  • Weekend departures for the majority of 7-day sailings
  • Planned 9-7-12-day cruise-length rotation in Europe for choice of shorter or longer back-to-back combinations without repeating ports
