Beginning Jan 15 – all 2015 Mediterranean sailings will feature included tours, Silver Shore Select Excursions, and complimentary WiFi

Ultra-luxury Silversea Cruises announced that they are kicking off 2015 with a new program that includes shore excursions and WiFi. This program is available for new bookings made on or after January 15, 2015 on any of the line’s 52 Mediterranean cruises tin 2015.

 

Highlights include:

• Aside from our Silver Shore Select Excursions, which are included, Silversea will continue to offer more immersive (“premium”) tours Silver Shore Collection and Silver Shore Privato.
• Both Silver Shore Collection and Silver Shore Privato are being offered at reduced rates rather than traditional retail pricing for the 2015 Med season
  – Since Silversea has Smaller Ships, included excursions are still geared to more intimate and personalized experiences
  – Time allowing, guests can experience up to two (2) included tours per port
  – Most ports offer at least two (2) included tours

Guests can choose from a selection of included Silver Shore Select excursions offered in every port of call.

Keep in mind that the included Silver Shore Select excursions are only available on 52 Mediterranean cruises, but the options can include:  exploring the ancient Acropolis of Athens, strolling back through time along the marbled lanes of Ephesus, or discovering the Renaissance treasures of Florence, these small-group excursions present a destination’s art, history, and culture in an intimate, authentic way, utilizing comfortable transportation and expert local guides.

In addition to the included Silver Shore Select excursions, guests may purchase tours from a variety of land programs offering exceptional value, including the more-immersive Silver Shore Collection tours, as well as Silver Shore Privato, which provides a private car and driver for independent exploring. These special all-inclusive fares also include two hours of complimentary Wi-Fi per guest, per day, and unlimited complimentary WiFi for the line’s larger suites (Medallion and higher categories).
