Ben and I are routinely asked what cruise lines we consider Luxury. This is a list of what we feel are the Luxury lines.
LUXURY CRUISE LINES
Azamara Cruises, Crystal Cruises, Cunard Cruises, Oceania Cruises, Regent Seven Seas Cruises, Seabourn Cruises, Silversea Cruises
These our what we consider Premium.
PREMIUM CRUISE LINES
Celebrity Cruises, Holland America Cruises, Princess Cruises, Royal Caribbean. These cruise lines have bigger ships and cater to a wider audience. They do have some luxury amenities in the suites and higher end categories.

I agree – what about SeaDream Yacht Club for luxury, and Windstar? I have mixed reviews about Azamara, but with the new CEO hopefully he can sort things out!
You are right to include SeaDream and Windstar. However due to their size and what they offer, I did not include them on this list. They are luxury niche cruise lines offering very specialized product.
