MSC Cruises’ “Living the Diva Life” contest
If your video skills can wow a diva like Sophia Loren, then enter the MSC Cruises’ “Living the Diva Life” contest. Submissions for the MSC Cruises’ “Living the Diva Life” contest kicks off tomorrow (October 1, 2013) at 12 PM and runs through Friday, November 1st at 12 PM. For more information or to participate, visit www.facebook.com/MSC.Cruises.USA.
How to enter the contest
Participants can enter the “Living the Diva Life” contest by creating a short video of no longer than 1 minute and 30 seconds on how they enjoy living the diva life. Videos can be created in Vine, Instagram or YouTube. YouTube videos should be no longer than 60 seconds. The video URL must be entered on the contest entry page http://woobox.com/km3b26 with the completed entry form to be eligible, or the hashtag #MSCDivalife must be included with your video on Instagram and/or Twitter. Once videos are submitted, entrants are encouraged to have their friends and family vote to help them win. Voters will be allowed to cast one vote per video per day.
What do you win?
It looks to me like MSC Cruises is going all-out, and this is one opportunity that video-fanatics will want to explore.
The winners of the “Living the Diva Life” video contest will attend the 3-night inaugural sailing, which I am very sad to be missing. Highlights include a kick-ass welcome party, featuring an unforgettable sail-away party that will offer signature cocktails and a fireworks display. To set the mood, MSC Divina will also have a special concert by Cuban singer Carlos Oliva with band “Los Sobrinos del Juez”. Prize winners shall be selected by MSC Cruises and the Woobox community and announced on the week of November 4th. Winners will be invited to participate in the exciting 3-night Caribbean cruise on MSC Divina departing November 20th.
Yikes. I am actually glad that I am already booked for another gig and could not accept the prize in the slim chance that I won the contest (I suck at singing although I can pull the diva card).
I predict that someone that enters a video with a cat making a “diva” of herself on a water craft would win top honors.
Let me know what you are thinking and I will be happy to offer my input. I #love contests!
I keep up with cruise buzz from all the social networks. The word on the street is that MSC Cruises is generating a lot of buzz about their new ship that will enter the North American cruise market year-round. This is actually a big deal because, MSC Cruises the third largest cruise line company will now have a year-round presence in North America.
MSC Cruises is going out of their way to accommodate the North American cruiser by making changes to MSC Divina.
MSC Divina is undergoing many changes to accommodate the North American cruise customer. Things like ice in water glasses all the way down to the way the dining room staff engages with the customers has been fine-tuned to exceed the needs of North American cruise passengers. If you don’t think this is a big deal, then you probably have not been on a mostly European ship.
