Have you noticed an increase in cruise line partnerships lately? The trend for having corporate partnerships has carried over onto the ships. Some of the most recognizable brands like Starbucks, Nickelodeon, Disaronno, the Smurfs, Barbie, Microsoft, Eataly, Fisher-Price, Segafredo and Dreamworks along with celebrity chefs and restaurants are present on almost ever ship.

From a brand standpoint, consumers can now cruise knowing they’ll find some of their favorite brands onboard, which could influence cruise buying decisions.

Where you will find brand partnerships onboard:

  1. Stateroom amenities
  2. Restaurant outlets and affiliations with celebrity chefs
  3. Specialty food and drink items like Starbucks, Seattle’s Best
  4. Fitness classes like Pilates, yoga spinning, Nordic Walking, Aqua Cycling
  5. Kids programs and educational partner programs (Yamaha, Microsoft, Berlitz)
