Princess Cruises just made waves last week with the float out of Royal Princess (read about that here) and now Princess Cruises announces the name of their next cruise ship will be Regal Princess during the today’s keel laying ceremony, which marks the start of construction.

Crystal Cruises’ Captain Birger Vorland was the subject of a feature on KTLA’s tv show, “Career Day.” The segment was shot while Capt. Birger served as VP, Nautical Operations for Crystal — just months before he decided to go back to sea as Master, Crystal Serenity.
